BIBICh RISERVA BLEND of 34% Babich, 33% Lasin & 33% Plavina. "This dry red wine offers an eclectic blend of grapes native to Northern Dalmatia that are related to Zinfandel (itself a Croatian varietals). The wine is very smooth with lively acids and aromas of cooked dark fruits, spices and black pepper. BIBICh MANTRA GRENACHE “This dry red wine is made from a premium selection of the finest grapes grown in Nadin near Zadar on Croatia’s Adriatic coast and aged in French oak for 12 months. Unique and potent with a prominent body holding aromas of sour cherry, coffee, tobacco, toast and finally spices such as pepper, sage and peppermint. The color is pomegranate and the taste prominent, rounded and chocolatey. Best served at 61-64 F. and it goes well with game, roast meat, noble ripe, cheeses and proscuitto.”

TOLJANIC ZLAHTINA ZLAHTINA “Zlahtina is an indigenous Croatian parietal from Vrbnik on the island of Krk in the Adriatic Sea. A light yellow color with a golden reflection, it has a particularly pleasant and find aroma. This is complimented with by a clean, soft, balanced and dry finish.
